MDF is one unified virtual peer knowledge sharing platform for Managers. This tool provides a knowledge sharing platform for the broader manager community across the company to openly share and answer questions and suggestions related to day to day people management aspects, share best practices and stay connected as one single community.

The COVID-19 pandemic presented a lot of collaboration challenges for people managers; when everything including learning and knowledge transfer became virtual, and it became increasingly difficult for peer managers to connect, bond and share ideas on the work that they did. This was not a favourable situation for bigger org development and growth.
When new managers joined the organization, they quickly become overwhelmed with large amounts of information to absorb. Sorting through wikis and documentation to gain an understanding of the company's systems and structures is challenging. Furthermore, there were many specific, pointed questions that went unanswered until they could identify the appropriate person to ask.
Additionally, managers who were transitioning between different levels within their roles or problem spaces, faced yet another challenge in transferring knowledge and best practices amongst their colleagues. With a continually expanding workforce, manual methods of information sharing became difficult to maintain in the long term. Moreover, gaining new knowledge and forming relationships across multiple departments and geographies presented additional challenges.
The answer to all the above challenges was envisioned to be solved through MDF.
Provide managers a forum to ask their doubts or queries and answer those whose answer they know or are experts in; within an appropriate group audience which can provide experienced solutions and advice confidentially.
